How do you handle online ballot voting?

I'm looking to find out how regions that are doing ballot voting online are doing so.  Is it done via email?  On your regions website?  Do your members appreciate doing voting online versus via mail?  Have you had any/many complaints?

Check with the WDC Region as they have been doing it for a couple of years.
