As per the rule book, I need to take a safety course for my 3 year renewal of my SSS License. Where do I find information on where the courses are offered, and what the schedule is?

Assuming you've already talked with your regional officers without learning anything, try contacting the Divisional Solo Safety Steward (James Shepard).
